We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with good experience in technology hiring and end-to-end recruitment.

🔹 Business Intelligence & Analytics

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end IT recruitment
✔ Sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & referrals
✔ Resume screening and candidate evaluation
✔ Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
✔ Offer negotiation & onboarding coordination
✔ Maintaining ATS & recruitment trackers
✔ Building strong talent pipelines

🧠 Required Skills:
• 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing skills (Naukri & LinkedIn)
• Good understanding of IT technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel & recruitment tools

⭐ Preferred:
• Experience in Data / Cloud / AI / SAP hiring
• Background in IT Services / Consulting / Staffing
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
